Endometriosis affects more than just your period, so this diary is designed to reflect your whole experience.
It includes space to track daily symptoms like pain, fatigue, digestion, and mood, as well as flare-ups, medications, surgeries, and cycles.
The monthly and annual trend pages help you see what’s shifting over time - so you can feel more connected to your body and more confident in your care. It’s about making sense of your symptoms, one day at a time.
About me
My name is Sophie; I am 24 and am living with endometriosis and adenomyosis. After being diagnosed, I found tracking my trends and journey through a diary very beneficial, and I decided to bring my concept to life.
As I started my journey with endometriosis and adenomyosis, I quickly realised how valuable it was to track my symptoms and patterns. I designed this diary with care, including beautiful flower illustrations by a friend, and it was proudly made locally in New Zealand.
I truly hope this can be a helpful tool for other endo warriors-empowering you to gain control and mindfully track your journey.
